"Patio" was Pepsi-Cola's first attempt at marketing a diet cola, and was only around for a short time. Soon afterward, Diet Pepsi was introduced. So in effect, Patio may have been Pepsi-Cola company's "Tab"!

About Me
A look at supermarket packaging of the past - both national brands and chain private label brands. The bright, bold graphics are from an era very different from today. Simple yet memorable, the variety and quality of these designs is astounding, especially considering the designs and artwork were all done by hand - in those days, computers were used for accounting, not for graphic design.
The fun thing is, many of these brands - the national ones at least, are still around today. I hope this site brings back some good memories for you, and if you weren't around back then, that you'll like 'em anyway.
